SIGDAT is run by consensus vote of its organizing committee, consisting of the original SIGDAT organizers and subsequent SIGDAT conference chairs and co-chairs. SIGDAT has established a Conference Board to help organize the selection of the locations of upcoming EMNLP conferences.
